Kevin Roose is the news director at Fusion, the ABC-Univision joint venture, and the executive producer and co-host of "Real Future," Fusion's original television series about technology and the future. Previously, he was the technology columnist at New York magazine, and a staff reporter for the New York Times.

Roose is the author of the New York Times bestselling book Young Money, an intimate portrait of the lives of eight young Wall Street bankers after the financial crash of 2008. The book was optioned for a TV show by Fox Television Studios, and has been translated into several languages. His first book, The Unlikely Disciple, about the semester he spent undercover as a student at the ultra-conservative Liberty University, was published while he was still in college.

Roose has been named to Forbes' "30 Under 30" list of media professionals and Time's list of the 140 best Twitter feeds, and his work has been featured in GQ, Esquire, Vanity Fair, and other major publications. He has appeared on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," CNN, NPR, MSNBC, CNBC, and many other leading outlets. He lives in Berkeley, California.
